Specialising in retail agency, investment and development, Director Steve Chiari has a wealth of experience in the Dorset /Hants property market. He has an innate understanding of the value, appeal and marketing strength of every property. Steve is respected in the business community as a superbly tenacious deal maker with an effervescent personality.
One of the 3 directors of Nettleship Sawyer, Steve Tomkins has a forensic knowledge of business space and industrial property, successfully matching applicants with properties time and time again. Through Steve’s skills and highly professional approach, the firm has been able to nurture long term relationships with investors, developers and local business.
Long standing team member Anne Ellis is renowned as a sound pair of hands by our property management clients, tenants, service providers, contractors, and colleagues alike. Anne has successfully managed our property management system over the years and deals with tenant invoicing and receipts, contractor payments and client statements and payments.
Kamila Dyksa joined the firm as an administrator in 2015 and has recently been promoted to our rapidly growing property management department. Kamila deals with purchase ledger, data processing for service charge accounts, and property VAT returns. Retaining a back-up role in Reception, Kamila continues to offer professional and friendly telephone and email support.
Karen Strickland deals with client account bank reconciliations, property management VAT returns and service charge accounts, ensuring that clients’ monies are correctly reported and accounted for at all times. Karen’s impressive diligence, attention to detail and in-depth understanding of professional standards and best practice procedures, guarantees that our RICS regulatory compliance is very well looked after.
Associate Director Marie Coles is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor and a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. Heading up our Property Management Team, Marie originally developed her career in residential block management and has since gained considerable expertise in commercial property. Marie has successfully led the firm's transition to MRI Qube Property Management.
Mary McLeod has been with us since 2010, providing administrative and reception services, maintaining the website and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Mary’s friendly and welcoming nature has made her popular with new arrivals to the team, as well as clients and business associates of the firm with whom she is in regular contact.
Consultant building surveyor Philip Sealey is highly skilled and experienced in dilapidations, building contract management and building defects diagnosis. When unexpected complications arise, Philip's unflappable nature and lateral thinking always ensure a satisfactory outcome. Philip has also developed considerable expertise in Party Wall Act matters.
Chartered Surveyor David Jenkins has strong expertise in residential block management. In earlier years, he was a commercial property specialist, thus having an unusual skill set, which is immensely valuable in servicing our mixed commercial and residential property portfolio. David helps the firm to offer the highest standard of service to clients.
Since joining Nettleship Sawyer upon the merger with Julian Adams in Spring 2021, Fiona Laurent has proved to be a highly valued and respected member of the team. Liaising daily with tenants, clients and contactors, Fiona ensures that a wide range of practical and legal issues are addressed in a timely, calm, and efficient manner.
