Kamila Dyksa

Kamila Dyksa joined the firm as an administrator in 2015 and has recently been promoted to our rapidly growing property management department. Kamila deals with purchase ledger, data processing for service charge accounts, and property VAT returns. Retaining a back-up role in Reception, Kamila continues to offer professional and friendly telephone and email support.

Karen Stickland

Karen Strickland deals with client account bank reconciliations, property management VAT returns and service charge accounts, ensuring that clients’ monies are correctly reported and accounted for at all times. Karen’s impressive diligence, attention to detail and in-depth understanding of professional standards and best practice procedures, guarantees that our RICS regulatory compliance is very well looked after.

Marie Coles

Associate Director Marie Coles is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor and a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. Heading up our Property Management Team, Marie originally developed her career in residential block management and has since gained considerable expertise in commercial property. Marie has successfully led the firm's transition to MRI Qube Property Management.
